Today I embarked on my first ever solo holiday. I’d decided to get a train directly to the airport with plenty of time for checking in and getting through security. Little did I know that I would end up stuck on a stationary train for over an hour as the emergency breaks were triggered leaving us in the middle of nowhere.
Eventually another driver came to our rescue and we made it to another station where I had to get a different train the rest of the way. Thankfully I arrived at the airport and currently have time for a pink gin before my flight!
